YOUTH DIVISION
You're young, and you can do anything with your horse you set your mind to, and we're here to help you! The Youth Division of Equine Agility is for young people who want to spend time with both their horses and their friends!
Have you ever wanted fun classes at your favorite shows to enter that weren't all mounted "Rail" classes? Now, Equine Agility classes can be found at many breed sanctioned or organized show. If your Breed Association doesn't offer Equine Agility yet, please let us know and we can help them get started.
Agility is a friendly and fun competitive sport that can be enjoyed with horses that either, may be too young for ridden competition, or may not be suited for mounted competition for any number of reasons.
Horses as young as weanlings can compete and are welcome in Equine Agility classes. We have competitors who have retired, rescue and foster horses, as well as horses that are not ridden, but can compete in ground sports such as Agility.
For horses in rehabilitation, Agility can be a stepping stone for building confidence, understanding, and new skills. Do you have a young horse that needs to gain confidence and experience? Agility events will give him confidence.

Equine agility is for horse lovers that want to have an enriched experience with their companion horses, in a venue that offers and appreciates Good Sportsmanship and Good Horsemanship!
Demonstrations and Clinics are usually available at Equine Agility events and offer first class knowledge and training tips. Exhibitors don't pay extra for Clinics as they are included in the entry fees for Agility Competitions. We teach skills that are specific to ground work, yet compliment mounted disciplines, too.
You'll love how Youth Clinics are presented because you will only hear what is possible with your horse. In other words, we don't have adults that tell you all the things that can't be done! You're young, you can do anything you imagine with your horse and we'll help you!
We've designed our Competitions and our support to be inclusive to both you and your favorite horse. This is a sport that will send you home every time with a smile.
Our Yahoo Discussion Youth Group will give a multitude of ideas for fun things to do with your horse. We also feature training tips, help you solve problems, give you chances to win prizes, and share horse fun with other youths your age.
We'll help keep you connected with other young horse lovers in your area of the country and with your favorite breeds. You'll be able to share knowledge and help educate other young people on modern training and horse keeping.
We're on your team at Equine Agility!
